Amazing Show!!!
North Mississippi Allstars and the Band put on an amazing show and performance. A show that was an incredibly moving tribute to his old partner and a celebration of not only Clarence but rock 'n' roll music and the beauty and sadness of life, North Mississippi Allstars crafted. I've seen North Mississippi Allstars about a dozen times, on both the west coast and east coast (including NYC) and this was one of the best North Mississippi Allstars concerts I've ever seen. And how could one say that without Clarence Clemons, who was such an integral part of this band? It is incredible that North Mississippi Allstars continues to put such an amazing amount of energy into his live performances. Everything was perfectly orchestrated and the energy level was off the charts. He is absolutely one of a kind. I was in tears at many moments during this show, both in sadness over the loss of Clarence and in happiness at hearing some of my favorite songs (including "Rosalita," which, amazingly, I had never seen North Mississippi Allstars play before). Thank you North Mississippi Allstars and the E Street Band for a truly magical and life-affirming evening. And I was rarely sitting in my seat because the energy was too much to ignore.
